About this Holiday House

This is a wonderfully located beach front three bedroom holiday home.The front lawn meanders down to the water front where you can swim or moor your boat. The holiday home has a large balcony which extends down the length of the house which is great for anyone wanting to relax and take in the sun. The kitchen has a wall oven, microwave and there are 2 fridge / freezers available. The lounge has a television, DVD player and stereo. The main bedroom and lounge room have slider doors leading out onto the balcony. Come and enjoy this great location in this very quite and picturesque part of Banks Peninsula.

We are on a waterfront section as per the photos. Very private and quiet.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

There are several walks in the area from easy to challenging, also mountain bike tracks handy to tha bach. There is also a tennis court at the old Port Levy School grounds which has an honesty box for donations to upkeep the court.

Lovely traditional kiwi Bach with beautiful views. A great escape for some peace and quiet. Absolutely no internet/cell phone reception, so you can really escape the world! House is comfortable and warm. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful views, very peaceful and great bird life. Comfortable bach. The owner is doing quite a few improvements which will make it even more comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Rates: Rates are $180.00 for two people, $15.00 each extra person. The rates are subject to change, depending on time of year please check when booking. Minimum stay of 3 nights on long weekends.We ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due a week prior to your stay. Deposits are fully refundable four weeks prior to your stay. Cancellations within 4 weeks are on a case by case basis but may be held in credit for future stays.
