About this Holiday House

A genuine Kiwi bach, recently renovated, in a quiet and secluded spot with great views across Charteris Bay towards Quail Island, and Lyttelton Harbour. With a large sun drenched deck and well protected from most winds, this is a perfect place to unwind - and only 30 minutes from Christchurch. Rates are as below - for weekend stays of one night (Friday/Saturday) a surcharge of $100 may be charged. Bookings are confirmed when a deposit is paid, with the payment of any balance due required at least a week prior to the commencement of the booking. For more information call Ian on 027 562 9743.

Special Amenities

The view from the outside areas is over Lyttleton Harbour towards Quail Island and is very pretty. The outdoor deck is well sheltered from most winds and private, with eucalyptus trees and lots of birds around. A perfect secluded spot to enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set over the Christchurch Port Hills.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay Golf Club, Charteris Bay Tennis Club, Charteris Bay Yacht Club (all within less than 5 minutes drive), Diamond Harbour and Purau, Camp Bay. Paradise Beach, at the bottom of Bayview Road, is five minutes walk away and a great sunny and sheltered beach, ideal for families with small children.

If a booking is cancelled, any payments made are non-refundable unless the bach can be re-let.

A booking service charge of $100 applies to all cancellation refunds.
