This beautiful, family-sized, child-friendly beach house is located on an elevated section at Raumati beach. With fantastic views of the sea and Kapiti Island, this fully equipped home also boasts a swimming pool for extra fun in the sun. The house comfortably sleeps 8 (maximum of 10) and consists of three bedrooms (one with ensuite and spa bath). The detached sleepout can also sleep an additional 3 people and has its own toilet and shower.Please supply childrens ages and optional linen/cleaning hire if required,you may provide your own .Please state which option. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor toys to keep the children occupied and a lovely warm sunroom for the adults. Quaint Raumati Village is only a 10 minute stroll away - relax with a cuppa at one of the popular cafes, shop at one of the boutique stores or take the children to the recently upgraded park. *Please note no smoking or vaping permitted inside the house, but allowed outside.*
