About this Holiday House

A 5 bedroom single level family home overlooking the Tasman Sea. 100 metres to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the Greymouth CBD. A large open plan kitchen, with a 8 seat dining table and additional comfy seating with a TV. Separate to this is the large lounge also with a TV. Both with Sky TV. These rooms are open to each other for flow and can also be closed off with bi-fold sliding doors. This entire area opens out 3 stacker sliding doors to the outdoor areas with the BBQ and seating. Facing the sea for outstanding views. There is plenty of off street parking.

Wonderful views out over the Tasman Sea and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mt Cook. 3 queen bedrooms face the sea along with the lounge/family/dining/kitchen areas. With 2 further bedrooms with single beds that have another pull out bed underneath them. Sky TV to 2 televisions in lounge and family/dining rooms with all sport and movies.

100 metres to the beach and 1km to the start of the Point Elizabeth bush walk/cycle. 5 minute drive to Greymouth CBD. 2 large grass areas for children to play on including a sandpit.

Awesome place, massive house and great location - just across from the ocean

House was perfect for us - two families. Plenty of space and all the facilities we needed. House has spectacular views and is set in a wonderful location. Felt secluded but close enough to town for any supplies. Steve was very responsive to any questions we had.

This is a wonderful house. Large size enough for 10-12 persons. Kitchen is largest and modernise compare with my stay on other house from past 18 days holiday. Good location near beach and can see sunset to sea level panaramic at kitchen and lounge without any blocking. Very privatecy and quiet place. Sure will back again on next vist Greymouth.
