This beautiful huge villa is over 100 years old with a lovingly-tended garden. We stayed one night with our three teens, renting out all four bedrooms (1 downstairs with ensuite, 3 upstairs with shared bathroom). Some notes - linen is provided (despite the description saying it isn't) and there are no laundry facilities. As with any old house, there are thin walls, some squeaky doors, noisy plumbing, etc - however we liked these quirks and all areas are spotlessly clean. The owners are a very kind, quiet Chinese couple who have a bedroom upstairs. We found communication straight-forward. We felt the 10pm curfew was entirely appropriate given it's a homestay and noise travels within the house. We all enjoyed our visit and I can 100% recommend this accommodation.

We were very happy with our stay. It is a lovely old house that has been thoroughly restored. The hosts were very welcoming and took pains to show us all the facilities. We took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen.

The house is great, just take a note that the hosts and other guests will be living and sharing common spaces with you - it's not a separate holiday house. But the hosts are very sweet people
