Come and relax in our family bach! Located in the heart of Punakaiki Village and directly across the road from the Pororari River walk and the Paparoa Track. A few doors down from the Punakaiki Rocks Hotel & Garden Bar (formerly the Punakaiki Tavern) and Waka Puna - Paddle and Pedal Company (Punakaiki Canoes). Walking distance from the Pancake Rocks and Paparoa National Park Visitor Information Centre. An easy 200m walk to the beach. Our cottage is comfortable and tidy and well equipped for families, with kids toys and games provided. The grounds are spacious, with beautiful established trees and native birdsong. The deck is great for enjoying meals outdoors and for relaxing while listening to the sound of the ocean. - The kitchen and bathroom are both an older style but function well. - The main bedroom has a queen size bed. - The second bedroom is separated from the lounge by a curtain. - There is also a second set of bunks available in the laundry if required. - Super-fast fibre broadband/Wifi is provided. The perfect location to explore Punakaiki... - Kayak, stand-up paddle board or swim in the Pororari River. - Walk the Pororari river track. - Enjoy the beach and watch the sunset over the ocean. - 15 minutes walk to the famous Pancake Rocks. - Relax here after completing the Paparoa Track.
