Our comfortable 1950's lake edge holiday home is located between Ngongotaha and Waiteti trout streams, 8 minutes from downtown Rotorua and its tourist attractions. The house is spacious and well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, two fridge/freezers, 2 lovely new bathrooms, laundry, large lounge, plenty of storage and internal double garage. All beds have pillows and duvets and there are plenty of spare blankets. The 4th bedrm is a bunkroom off the internal garage. When necessary the heating will be on before your arrival, and a cleaner is available if required. The sunny, large, flat, secure section has views over the lake, with direct access to the lake and ample space for childrens play and boat parking. Gas BBQ, outdoor dining, 4 kayaks and lifejackets are provided for your use. There is a small safe beach for children and a boat ramp and jetty on the boundary. Whether you are a couple, a family or a larger group of friends, you will find our house a perfect base for your Rotorua holiday.
