There is a cot (old style) in the closet in the Redwood bedroom. The middle bedroom has great city and lake views and an additional fold down bed in the closet. At the rear of the house the BBQ area is set privately and will be well used over the summer months!! If its golf clubs, mountain bikes, jet skiis or whatever there is a large roomy double garage to stow your gear. Also a full sized beer fridge in the garage.
