A large outdoor deck with a 10 seater rectangular table, great for long lunches plus a bar leaner with 6 seats. Also a great outdoor couch and all weather drop blinds for those colder nights, they also help with wet weather. There is also Webber Q, BBQ conveniently placed on the all weather deck that looks out to the famous Whangamata bar. **DOWN STAIRS*** The sleep out sleeps 5 -1 set of wooden bunks and a queen bed with single bunk on top. As can be seen in the photos, it has its own deck, outdoor furniture, another nice private area to relax in and is sheltered from the wind. Also located downstairs is the laundry with washing machine and second toilet. There is a second shower under the deck with hot/cold running water. A cold water shower is located at the front of the property to wash off when coming back from the beach. Off street parking for boats/jetskis trailers etc....
