Don't want to drive anywhere? If so the this property is for you, the is property is located in the best location in Whangamata, across the road from the beach (access 5), a 5 minute walk to the main street and a 10 min walk to the wharf - no driving required!
A typical Kiwi bach that has undergone refurbishment with new carpet and fresh decor it is clean and comfortable. Internet available.
The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, microwave, waste disposer, fridge freezer, and follows through to the dinning room/lounge. In dinning area there is an extendable dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge hosts a large couch wall mounted T.V.
The main bedroom has a king size bed (new 2023) with french doors opening out on to large deck.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and purpose built wooden, king single bunks.
A new bathroom with shower and large vanity is off the hall way between the kitchen and the second bedroom.
A large outdoor deck with a 10 seater rectangular table, great for long lunches plus a bar leaner with 6 seats. Also a great outdoor couch and all weather drop blinds for those colder nights, they also help with wet weather.
There is also Webber Q, BBQ conveniently placed on the all weather deck that looks out to the famous Whangamata bar.
**DOWN STAIRS***
The sleep out sleeps 5 -1 set of wooden bunks and a queen bed with single bunk on top. As can be seen in the photos, it has its own deck, outdoor furniture, another nice private area to relax in and is sheltered from the wind.
Also located downstairs is the laundry with washing machine and second toilet. There is a second shower under the deck with hot/cold running water.
A cold water shower is located at the front of the property to wash off when coming back from the beach.
Off street parking for boats/jetskis trailers etc....
Family accommodation only, no young groups, no tents, no pets. ($1.00 refers to winter rates) ##Most importantly you will have exclusive use of the entire property, not sharing with any other tenants/bookings##.
Please note that aside from a cleaner this property is not serviced and you will need to provide your own items such as linen, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent etc.... Minimum of 7 nights from late Dec to end of Jan. PLEASE IGNORE ANY ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY NZ HOLIDAY HOMES
