Pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. However, the property is not fully-fenced. A pet-bond and pet-fee applies. This can be made up as a king bed. You must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this made as a king. Maximum of 12 guests per booking. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property during your stay. There are 3x off street parking spaces. There is room for a small jet-ski, but there is no room for a boat. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $45 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
