The surf is great from access 18, and the estuary is sheltered and a great place for kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming for young children. Inside is a modern fit-out - the kitchen is well set up with oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. It has everything you need for a great holiday. In the lounge there is a Smart TV and DVD player. There is a table and chairs on the deck and wooden table and benches on the lawn, as well as a barbeque. The house is large, suitable for two small families or family with grandparents. The master suite (Queen) with ensuite is upstairs, as is bedroom with two single beds and pull-out sofa. Queen bedroom downstairs with access to main bathroom, separate toilet. The house is self catering; this means you need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels (bath and beach), bath mats.
