Hi Adele and Roger, it was so nice meeting you! Your place is lovely with a lot of NZ charm, exactly what I was looking for. We stayed 2 nights at Corru gate 2 adults and 2 kids, It was relaxing (even with the rain!) the kids loved feeding the animals and the house was comfortable for 4 people. The mezzanine give extra space as well. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a coffee maker which was rare in NZ. Roger showed us around, which was very nice of him.Loved it! thank you Roger and Adele
Response from Owner
Thanks for your lovely comments. It was great fun to show you and the children around the farmlet and for them to feed the tame sheep. Thanks too for your comments about Corru Gate - yes, we have liked making an iconic NZ rural themed cottage. You are lovely people and it was an absolute pleasure to host you.

A delightful holiday house. Over recent times we have stayed in more than a few holiday homes around the South Island, this is one out of the top drawer. Well set up with some wonderfully quirky features. Great owners, non intrusive but friendly and helpful. Great location and great views. The word about good places should always be spread.
Response from Owner
A belated and very appreciative reply from me! Thanks for your wonderful comments. It was lovely to host you.
