One bedroomed fullyself contained cottage located on our 12 acre Alpaca Farm on the outskirts of Lake Manapouri township along the Southern Scenic Route. Stunning mountain views take in the Kepler, Hunter, Takitimu and Eyre Mountains and their changing moods. Meet our alpacas and join us at feeding time to hand feed them. Sleep under a cozy Alpaca duvet for the ultimate climate control. The cottage has its own outdoor living area surrounded by gardens with a lovely hot tub and gas BBQ. Facing north looking at the Kepler Mountains the cottage attracts all day sun and is a home away from home and great place to either base yourself while exploring Fiordland or just sit back relax and take in the views. A reverse cycle electric heat pump ensures a very warm stay over winter and cool over summer, the cottage is fully insulated. Kepler Mountain View Alpaca Cottage has full laundry facilities with complimentary washing powder provided, along with tea, coffee (plunger with fresh beans), kitchens basics and toiletries. We have a couple of mountain bikes for guests use, the cottage is located close to the Lake to Lake cycle/walking track which runs between Lakes Manapouri and Te Anau. As well as the Great Walks tracks there are numerous shorter walks close by from 30 minutes through to 3 hours. Unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi.
