Lovely outdoor areas. Open plan kitchen and lounge heated and cooled by a new Mitsubishi Heat Pump.Modernised Kitchen and Bathroom. 200m to new supermarket. Nice private backyard to enjoy a BBQ and the great Twizel weather. Twizel town centre and swimming pool are only a couple of minutes walk. Close to Lake Ruataniwha, Lake Benmore for boating and swimming. Short Drive to Mt Cook, Lake Tekapo. Great walks throughout the Mackenzie country. Amazing fishing - some of the bigest fish you will ever see. Views to die for.

Nice warm house, great location, easy access to grocery shop. Good safe off street parking.
