This newly refurbished 3 bedroom (+ sleepout) house has only recently undergone a makeover so makes for very comfortable living. It's only a few minutes to Twizel shops, backing on to the Golf Course on Omahau Crescent. The entire house comfortably sleeps 11 (this includes the sleepout). Fully fenced yard is great for kids. The large deck, with shade sail receives all day sun. The sleep-out sleeps 3 comfortably. Good off street parking for boat and car. The outdoor fire is awesome to sit around on chilly evenings and you can cook your own pizza outside too. House contains separate toilet, shower and bathrooms, wood burner fire plus a HEATPUMP. Also includes Freeview TV. Located in a very quiet street. 5 minutes walk to Twizel town centre, restaurants and bars etc. MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS Pets are welcome. Full cleaning service is available upon request at additional rate of $50.
