The lounge has a large 50-inch smart flat screen TV with Freeview and a satellite dish is available if you want to bring your own Sky decoder. For those lucky hunters or fisherman there is a large spare chest freezer in the garage. This house has two spacious bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The third bedroom in the house has four single bunk beds. The fourth room (sleep-out or outside room) is located just outside the back door, this is a private room with a double futon bed and two single bunk beds. A portable cot with a spare mattress, a baby bath, a high chair and baby toys are also available for your use. The hot water is heated by gas. The large night store heater keeps the house warms during winter and an installed heater gives instant heat to the lounge and open plan kitchen. Oil heaters, electric blankets and extra blankets are available for extra warmth. During this COVID time we are taking extra care with cleaning and disinfecting. We regularly spring-clean the house and cleaning products are available at the house. Guest interaction is contactless, with a key lock-box for self-check-in.
