While this review has been left anonymously, we are disappointed to read a number of comments that do not reflect our records or the experience of the many guests who have stayed at this property. The home is fitted with multiple heat pumps that are designed to comfortably heat the property throughout winter. We have not received previous complaints about the home’s warmth, and there were no reported faults with the heating system during or after this stay. The fireplace is not available for guest use, and this is clearly stated in the property listing. With regard to the door access, electronic locks can occasionally require attention. As soon as we were contacted, we responded promptly and provided the lockbox code so access could be restored as quickly as possible. The property is supplied with complimentary starter items, including toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, soaps, and other kitchen essentials. If anything had been missing or additional supplies were required, we would have gladly assisted had we been contacted during the stay. We always encourage guests to let us know if they experience any issues while they are staying with us so we have the opportunity to resolve them immediately. We are proud of the quality of our homes and our responsive service, and we do not believe this anonymous review fairly reflects the experience of the vast majority of our guests.
