Set in the tranquil Te Mahia Bay in the Kenepuru Sounds in Marlborough this 4 bedroom property is the ideal spot for your holiday escape. The house has drive on access (30 minutes from Linkwater) and is set in the bush with a short track down to a secluded beach which is safe for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. Sleeping 8 people over 4 bedrooms the house works well for 2 families or couples. Both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms have a bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bath. The twin room downstairs is accessed via the queen bedroom so something to bear in mind. It is drenched in sun with stunning water views over the bay and the north facing deck is sheltered making it a great spot for outdoor dining. There is also a mooring and 10 foot dingy provided and boat launching is a 10 minute drive away (our private road is not suitable for bringng big boats in on) There is a waterski lane in the bay and the Te Mahia lodge shop is a short stroll down the road. The Queen Charlotte track is close by and the Te Mahia saddle to Anikiwa section is open to mountain biking year round.
