Come and enjoy the unforgettable serenity of the outer Marlborough sounds. Kotare Quarters is a three bedroom renovated house. It has a large open plan living area complete with all the modern appliances and ammenities. A wood burning fire cranks up and can keep the house toasty and snug for those magical wet and wild days. The bach has a generous decking area with a BBQ. Bedroom 1 - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Bunk room - 4 King Single Beds There is a well equipped laundry, car port and ample space to park other vehicles and the boat trailer. We have 2 double kayaks and a single to share. Two of which are able to hold your fishing rod and tackle gear. Drive through Akaroa Station in Anakoha Bay to find a group of 3 bachs sharing a huge lawn area and native gardens. Hire 1 or check out the others to book more for larger groups. We have a linen service available at $20 per person (lovely fresh bedding and towels). Otherwise you will need to bring your own. While there are 3 bach rentals close by and the main farm house up the drive, you will still feel secluded and have a sense of privacy with plantings offering natural privacy. Each bach is positioned in different areas of the sloping lawn and all have a different outlook onto the bay. See the aerial photo attached.
