The nearest dairy is 2 km away and an 18 hole links golf course is 10 minutes drive from the house. The nearest large town is the city of Whakatane which is 8 km away. The area offers good fishing, interesting bush walks, a quiet harbour for kayaking/boating etc. The house is 3 brm, has a large north facing deck and has a single, lockable, detached garage.The house has open plan living/dining with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower over the bath and separate toilet. Equipment provided:El.oven,fridge/freezer, beer fridge, auto washing machine, colour TV, radio/stereo , microwave,, blankets, duvets, pillows, gas BBQ, kayak and adult buoyancy aid, boogie boards. Kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 8 people. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for two couples in two of the bedrooms and up to 4 children in the bunkroom .The bunkset and trundler bed are best suited for children /teenage age group.
