About this Holiday House

Absolute Beachfront. Situated in the sought after Westend, Ohope Beach. Safest beach in NZ and voted NZ's best beach 4 times in last 5 years.Property extends to high tide mark. Westend has no thru-way, so limited traffic and fairly quiet road. Semi-detached, private, fully fenced, all amenities, inc fully equipped kitchen, 2 WCs & 2 showers, LED Flat Screen + DVD + SKY with most channels. Sleeps up to 10. Only 275 metres to Ohope Village (surf club, dairy, shops, cafe's, restaurants, playground). Native bush walks all within a few minutes walk. One of very few properties that own to the water's edge! 30 metres from beach. Close to village [200mtrs] Bush walks handy. Fully fenced. 5km to city [Whakatane]. Wonderful panoramic views. Selection of buoyancy suits & vests also avail . Links 18 hole golf course nearby as are public tennis courts. Doctor, pharmacist,bar/restaurant's,etc all handy. Safest swimming beach [14km long ] in NZ. Chartered coastal/deep sea fishing or sightseeing trips i.e Whale Island + river jet boating avail daily.

Very safe swimming, wind surfing, surfing, skiing etc. Handy to all amenities plus beautiful native bush walks close by. Closest to sea in Ohope !

What a stunning location. The house so well appointed, spotless and comfortable. A wonderful place to stay and we are looking forward to a return visit..Thank you Marty..... so helpful and made the stay just so easy.

Great situation looking across to a very safe beach and only a short walk to cafes and shops. This is our first time renting this home and hope it won't be the last. The house is comfortable, plenty of room and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Just being able to sit out under the covered veranda watching the waves, walkers, swimmers and surfers was a treat. Thanks Marty for a great holiday

We had an excellent stay at this property. Everything we needed was available for us and the two kids, such a beautiful location right across the road from the beach with the Pohutukawa on the cliff behind. Very relaxing stay and Marty was great to deal with! Would love to come back
