Located only a three minute walk to the Sky Tower, it's easy to see just how close you are when you look out the window. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Heritage Apartment Building is modern, well-equipped and offers the perfect base for your upcoming city stay. As a guest of the Heritage Apartment Building, you will have access to the rooftop heated pool, indoor heated lap pool, spa pool in each of the two pool areas, gym, sauna and all-weather tennis court. Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a double-sofa bed in the living area which is suitable for 1 - 2 small children. This is not suitable for an adult. We allow a maximum of 4 adults per stay. Both bedrooms, and the living area have their own TV. There is one parking space allocated for you, and included in the nightly rate - meaning no expensive city parking. Some of the furnishings in the apartment will be slightly different - but will be of good quality. There is a Nespresso pod machine available. You will need to bring your own pods for this. Room Configuration *Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed *Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (These beds are a split Super-King. If you would like these made together as a Super-King, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival). *Living Area: 1 x Double Sofa Bed (This is not suitable for an adult. This is only suitable for 1 - 2 small children. We allow a maximum of 4 adults per stay). If you require the sofa-bed you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival). House Rules and Information Parking: There is 1 free allocated parking space included in the nightly rate. You will need to find parking for any additional vehicle. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up in the public areas of the apartment complex. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $30 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. However, the apartment must be left tidy. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Visitors who are not on your booking are not permitted. Minimum age to book: 25 years
