Mixed Feelings. Apartment had great features but had a stale odour, Overlooking the Ferry Terminal is entertaining, but noisy, (Do the Ferries really need to toot 3 times each time they back out?) Central location is handy, but with a nearby multi-storey building in progress, building noise was intrusive starting at 7am. BBQ was dirty and had no gas. Cold Water and Ice making part of fridge was not working. Half the dishwasher was out of order. Our plan was to make this a chill out time at the end of our vacation, enjoy the location and view. Unfortunately it got to the point where we had to spend most of our time outside the apartment to escape the noise,

There hasn’t been an up to date review for this apartment for a long time. I’ve never experienced holiday home like it & I book often. To the point we didn’t stay, the smell was really bad in the master bathroom, like raw sewage. We arrived to the view of a Cruise Ship not in a good way, the captain could look straight down at us. The tap is broken so you need to pull it back so it doesn’t leak, the ice maker on the fridge is broken. One if the dishwashers is broken. When you meet with the person for the keys that’s a mission in itself. They had a bathroom mat by the lounge sliding door that looks like 3 years old. None of the linen has been updated. Not sure how this apartment was voted best as now it’s very tired looking & repairs are obviously becoming less & less. Parking your car is another expense, even though you would think the apartment came with a carpark. No love has gone into this place for years. Very, very disappointed. If you are booked in here I feel sorry for you.
