The apartment provides a private quiet, large contemporary entertainment area with doors opening onto a private garden overlooking Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour. This executive apartment was refurbished in 2012. It has a Designer’s marble and stainless steel kitchen, butler's pantry, Miele appliances, solid French Oak floors an Italian linen couch with a mixture of tasteful modern and antique furniture and rugs.

The Apartment This is a sunny, private, single-story ground-floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a study with a pullout sofa queen bed, 2 modern bathrooms, and a large living area. It is one of four private apartments. Doors open up onto a large paved cliff-top garden, which was recently landscaped. It has secure drive-on access, with secure on-site parking. It is suitable for wheelchairs. The apartment is sited for the ever-changing views of Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour, Waiheke Island with glimpses of the Coromandel Ranges. An undercover outdoor table and 8 chairs provide a wonderful location for outdoor dining or just contemplation. Master Bedroom The master bedroom encompasses a large private sitting room and a new comfortable super king-sized bed from which you can enjoy the extensive harbor and garden views. It has a new marble ensuite and a generous dressing room. Living, Dining, and Kitchen This is a designer kitchen fully equipped and open plan. Large fridge freezer, Miele induction cooktop, Miele oven, microwave, and heating drawer. Adjoining the kitchen is a large butler's pantry for food preparation and a wine storage area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, and a kitchen Whizz. Pillivuyt crockery, glassware, induction cooking equipment, and bakeware are supplied. The Dining area includes an eight-seat dining table. An open gas fireplace compliments the living area, a flat-screen TV, and a blue Ray DVD player. Wifi is available for use within the home. Bedrooms. There are two further large rooms down the carpeted hallway, which share the main bathroom. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, a free-standing bath and WC. Bedroom 2 has a new queen-sized bed, chest of drawers double wardrobe, fitted shutters, and curtains. The study has a desk and printer and a pull-out large queen sofa bed. This room has ample shelf and cupboard storage and fitted shutters. Laundry Separate laundry with Fisher and Paykel front-loading washing machine and drier, tub, and linen cupboard. Children Children are welcome however it would not be suitable for toddlers because of the steepness of the bank overlooking the sea. This home is for accommodation purposes only. It is not a function, party, or social gathering venue.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Only a 5-minute cab ride to the city or a short distance to Parnell’s historic village, where a large range of restaurants and shops abound. It is a two-minute drive to the local dairy, butcher, pharmacy, fruit and veg and wineshop. The Parnell pools are a 100m walk from the front door. Judges Bay, The Parnell rose garden along with Dove Meyer Park are within easy walking distance Vector Arena, Britomart Train Station, the Ferry Terminal, Viaduct harbor, and Auckland Museum are all 2.5km from this apartment.

Had an amazing weekend with family in your lovely warm and dry home! What a view to fall asleep and wake up to each day. Was great to have a place so close to downtown with lovely eateries nearby and some good spaces for kids! We'll be back again!

This is a beautiful home to stay in. Relaxing here with the ambiance created so tastefully, the indoor/outdoor flow to a patio with views and the peacefulness of the place all add up to not needing to go anywhere. However it is also located centrally to what Auckland has to offer. Parnell salt water pool is down walkway from home, Parnell shops are close by too and the CBD is also very handy. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home if you want to treat yourselves.
