This 1930's bungalow is well laid out, 3 bedrooms off central hallway with renovated open plan living, kitchen and dining area. 5 Minute walking distance to public transport. 15 minute driving to CBD area. Heart of Point Chevalier walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, Auckland Zoo, Western Springs Park, MOTAT, children's playgrounds and cycling paths. We provide towels and bed sheets with bed linen. Unlimited lightning fast fiber optic wifi speed. Our 4K Smart TV has a Netflix account already set up for guests to watch, or stream youtube from the TV.

This place is wonderful. Lovely and clean and has everything you need. Location is amazing, walking distance to cafes and the beach and very central to Auckland city. Hosts live in the back house but are very respectful of your privacy and very friendly. Email communication with owners a little slow at first but everything worked out perfectly for us. Thanks James .
