It is a short walk to Bethlehem Town Centre, a 10 minute drive to the city centre and 20 minute drive to beautiful Mt Maunganui beach. There are also childrens playgrounds and walks around the lakes at Carmichael reserve within a stones throw. This property is our home and is being rented out over our NZ summer and therefore we prefer to have families rent it out.
