Across the road to the white sandy beach of Mt Maunganui. House is set back from the road behind the road front houses so it is quiet from road traffic and safe. There is a good size 30m2 fully enclosed lawn opens from the living space. Sea view from upstairs. Suitable for small families.

Holiday home on Marine Parade. Nice enclosed back yard with artificial lawn - no prickles - and private. Safe for children. Small children must be watched as open stairs and mezzanine floor. Newly carpeted bedrooms. No shoes upstairs please. This is a nice quiet townhouse behind the roadfront Marine Parade houses. It has some sea views from Main bedroom and the conservatory and King Single bedroom. All linen is provided.
