About this Holiday House

Our 3 double bedroom (plus study) home situated in Papamoa East in a lovely street with easy access to the beach, is available for rental over the summer holiday period. Room to park the boat (front lawn), private backyard complete with inground swimming pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture. Easy flat walk to the beautiful Papamoa beach, the Pap House (restaurant/Bar), takeaways, bottle store and dairies, and a short drive to the new Excelsa shopping centre, Papamoa Hills, Fashion Island, Papamoa Palms Plaza, supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants & cafes.

Fashion Island, Pak n save, Pap House in Papamoa East, and Bluebiyou Restaurant on the beach. 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. Kiwi 360. 1 hour drive to Rotorua to see all of the sites there. The Pap House, (walking distance) for lunch or dinner and beverages. They have a free taxi service.

Great stay at this property. Very clean and tidy, well equipped and close to beach and shops. We all loved the time in the pool and spa. Owners were really easy to work with and easy to contact. Would recommend
