This comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is ideal for families seeking relaxation and quality time together. The Pad offers four queen beds and two single beds, plus a separate small room that can serve as a baby’s nursery with a cot (cot available for hire) or a quiet work-friendly space. For guests on a workcation, this room is equipped as a dedicated office area, complete with monitors available for use.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Gather around the family dining table to share stories of the day’s adventures. Kids can play safely in the fully fenced yard, while entertainment options include a Ping-Pong table, boogie boards, and board games.
On warm summer evenings, the large deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area creates an ideal setting for family gatherings. The property is pet-friendly, and the fully fenced grounds provide a secure environment for all.

- Strictly no parties, gatherings or events
- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am
- x1 hypoallergenic dog negotiable - a small fee applies.
- While we welcome your furry friends at this property, please remember it's your responsibility to ensure the property is secure for your dog's needs.
- Any disturbance, excess cleaning, damages and/or excess rubbish removal will be deducted from the bond.

Please note that Holiday Houses is a third-party booking agent - you are booking a Beyonder-managed property, and Beyonder’s Terms & Conditions apply.
All guests must complete the Guest Portal before check-in, including:
Valid photo ID (matching the booking name)
Credit card details for payment and bond hold
Failure to complete these steps may result in your booking being cancelled.
Payment & Bond
Payment is processed directly by Holiday Houses at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% balance will be charged to your credit card 10 days prior to arrival.
A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be managed externally by Beyonder and placed on your card 7 days before arrival.
This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged. The hold simply secures funds to cover any potential incidentals such as damages or excess cleaning.
The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
Card fees: Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% processing fee. AMEX is not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes.
