Comfy couch on which to lounge and enjoy the views or watch TV, or just read a book! Refurbished kitchen with new oven/toaster, microwave and convection cook plate. Wifi is available.

Plenty of DOC posted walks, great fishing and swimming. A great base for visiting the Bay of Islands, Cape Reinga, Ahipara and 90 Mile Beach and those historic out of the way historic hidden gems that can be found everywhere in the Hokianga - Rawene, Kohukohu, Mitimiti, Panguru, Motiti, Motukaraka, Horeke, Mangungu and many more.

This holiday home is not two separate rooms as described. In fact, there is only one room, and the other bed is in the living room. There is no privacy at all. The hygiene is also not very good. Cockroaches are crawling in the cupboards, and the cups are dirty. However, the check-in is relatively smooth, and the key will be placed in the password box. In short, people who have high requirements for accommodation may not be suitable for this house.

This policy applies for all bookings:
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, you'll lose 100% of the total booking price.

A booking service charge of $75 applies to all cancellation refunds.

The pending booking will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours or earlier depending on the check-in date.
