Sunny warm house with spectacular views from front and back decks and master bedroom. Just 2 minutes drive or 10-15 mins walk to the beach and boat slipway with beautiful walks close by. Only 20 minutes drive from Akaroa and an hour from ChCh.

Special Amenities

Beautiful views of the harbour from front and back decks. Close to native bush with scenic walks and beach within 15 mins walking distance down track at the bottom of the road. Nice indoor outdoor flow with private, sheltered back deck and BBQ area. Great for families, but back decking area at the moment is unfenced. Parking ONLY at bottom corner of section. Please Do Not Use SIDE DRIVEWAY that goes up the hill.

Safe beach with rock pools with mussels, tennis courts, boat slipway, fishing wharf, views of Banks Peninsula and Akaroa Harbour. 5 mins from French Farm Restaurant and Winery and 25 mins from Akaroa.Beautiful walks in the area and a very safe, clean beach and rock pools.

What a stunning spot. My favourite place was lying in the master bedroom looking out to sea. Breathtaking. We had a great time here, spacious and comfy bach with a well equipped kitchen. Cell reception a bit too patchy for the teenagers' taste (which is good for them!), Enjoyed the games and puzzles. House was clean and comfy. Thanks so much!

Loved our stay, comfortable and spacious with great views. Beach just a 5 minute walk. Had a fab stay in January 2022. Hoping to go back Jan 2023!!!

Please be aware NOT to park on driveway as it is a shared driveway with neighbours and this can cause problems.Rates will obviously change according to the time of year and the amount of adults to child ratio we also reserve the right to charge the top rate for long weekends and public holidays. Rates are negotiable for families and large groups.Extra adults will be charged at a rate of $20 per night especially if there are two families staying. Please email or call for details. Please be aware that the house will not be rented out for single nights but a minimum of 3 nights over public holiday weekends i.e Christmas, Easter, Queen's Birthday weekend.
