Apartment 36 is a luxury modern Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. There is a large lounge area and balcony where one can relax and watch the boats come in while enjoying the expansive views. The Apartment has a new designer kitchen with all new Appliances. There is a Weber BBQ on the deck for guests to use and gas is supplied. You are within walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, shops, the beach and 2 Supermarkets. The Apartment has unlimited WiFi , a 75" Sony Android smart TV with Netflix along a MySky decoder. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. The complex offers a large shared swimming pool, spa and small gym. There are 2 allotted free car parks for guests staying at the Apartment.

Special Amenities

Amazing views and very centrally located. The Apartment is on the top level in the middle hence is very quiet and peaceful. The large swimming pool is a great asset to the complex. There is an elevator which is great for taking up gear to the Apartment.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

A 3 minute walk to town, close to shops, supermarket and restaurants as well as the beach. You can catch a water taxi to Cathedral Cove or enjoy the Lost Springs, there are a lot of attractions that the Coromandel can offer.

My 2 daughters and I had a great stay at G and J's apartment .It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and tidy. Great location , great view and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Definately recommend, you wont be disappointed
