This allows our cleaners and maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in. - Policy: Single reservation check out date Multiple checkout dates within a single booking are not permitted. -Cleaning fee $200 is charged to every booking. - 3x Villas are side by side which can be noisy depending on number of guests. - Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night. - Roosters may crow in the mornings. - We are on the backroad, not on the beach. -Town is 15-20mins walk. -Best to have a rental vehicle.
