We have just spent 8 nights at wonderful ‘Casa Muri villa’. Marshall is a wonderful host, who is there if needed, and not if you don’t. The property was amazing. From the moment we arrived there appeared to be everything we could want – other than the day-to-day food and drink we purchased on the way there. ‘Casa Muri’ is positioned in a lane, about 1km from Muri village and food market, all well within a comfortable walking distance. We chose to hire a small rental car while there, which gave us the independence to move round the Island and do as we wished. Motor scooters and e-bikes are available, but you are then at the mercy of the weather. Otherwise, a reasonably frequent ‘clockwise’ and ‘anticlockwise’ bus service will pick you up at the main road. We can’t speak highly enough of Casa Muri villa and recommend it as a ‘home-away-from-home’ stay for a couple visiting Rarotonga.

Had the most incredible stay at Casa Muri. Beautiful house, great location and Marshall was a fabulous host. We have stayed in a few places in Rarotonga but this was by far our favourite. Easy to find and very private. A few essentials and a full fruit bowl greeted us at check in. Marshall really went over and above to help us out when we unexpectedly found ourselves in lockdown. This house was amazing. We are on our last day and don’t want to leave. It’s clean and modern with all the amenities you need. It is also quiet and private. The house is located up a private lane in Muri that is removed from the noise of muri but close enough to walk to the village. The pool is fantastic and it’s lovely to have a private pool to cool off in on hot Rarotonga afternoons. Marshall the host was really friendly and helpful. He checks in on you, but also let’s you enjoy your space. I would 100% recommend Casa Muri over many other places on the island!!
