A nice and comfortable place to stay. Back a little bit from the beach so protected from the strong winds, but still close enough that it is a very short walk to the water. Air conditioning and fans were good. Beds were comfortable. As mentioned by other reviewers, the curtains do not cover the entire windows in some rooms, but this was not too much of an issue as you don't go to Rarotonga to sleep in late. Check in details could have been provided before check in as we had to ring to find out how to get the key for the house. Make sure you have GPS to find the house when you arrive in Rarotonga. Great location near Charlies cafe and of course the best beach in Raro!! We would stay in these bungalows again. Minor things like filters for the coffee machine and a scrubbing brush for the kitchen could be useful.

Well appointed, clean & comfy. Close to the lagoon. Nice outside deck. A few minor updates needed (if 4 adults); (lock on bathroom door, towel hooks in bathroom). Overall very nice.

Delightful, well appointed bungalow. Tucked up amongst the trees felt private. Beach really close with great snorkeling, swimming and kayaking. Very relaxing.
