There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry, full size kitchen, large lounge and separate dining/family. The large main bedroom has hanging space as well as 2 chest of drawers and the 2nd bedroom also has hanging space and shelves. Full kitchen with full height pantry, full size fridge, oven, hotplates, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans etc. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there is a clothesline and pegs in the back yard. There are two heat pumps to keep the house warm in winter, and two televisions - one in the formal lounge and one in the family/dining room On the north side of the house there is a deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also free Wi-fi. Located in St Andrews (10 minutes south of Timaru). No Smoking, No Pets, No parties or events and in consideration for neighbours no noise after 10pm.
