Whether you jet ski, water or snow ski, you will love this waterside sun drenched 5 bedroom home with its own private jetty. There are 3 TV’s, all connected to Sky (movies and sports package) with the master bedroom and smaller lounge (ideal for the kids) TV also having free to air. The main lounge TV has Chromecast for streaming. For music there is a small sound system on the table opposite the kitchen bench that you can connect your personal devices to. Bedding is supplied (blankets/duvets/pillows), please supply own linen (sheets/pillowcases/towels). Tea towels, hand towels, dishcloths (in kitchen sink cupboard and drawers) and cleaning cloths are supplied. Please bring your own: 1. Towels, sheets and pillowcases for the beds and any extra blankets you may feel necessary. 2. Food & beverages, there are a small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper and oil provided but for extended stays please provide your own. 3. Personal hygiene products including soap, shampoo, hairdryers etc. 4. Laundry powder and toilet paper (a small amount of both is provided to assist). PLEASE NOTE - there is no fencing between the house and the canal. Also the water depth can vary so please do not jump into the water as there may be unseen hazards. No parties or large gatherings are to be held at this property. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the house tidy and as you find it. Can you please put all rubbish in the outside bins provided, empty the dishwasher and put any used hand towels, kitchen or cleaning cloths in the laundry. If you use the BBQ please clean it after use. Security cameras are in use covering the exterior of the house and the out of bounds area in the garrage. The water quality at the lake can vary, so please check the Lake Hood website for current information and closures.
