This Place we stayed at is in a nice quiet area no Road noise and easy drive into town, the guest house was very clean and a super comfy bed a great shower and never had contact with the owner at all which would have been nice just to say welcome and enjoy your stay.

In a beautiful part of Rotorua and does not take long to drive into town, when we arrived everything was already for us and loved the unit as very private and the place was very clean and tidy you could not fault it. A very very comfortable bed slept for 8 hours and a super hot shower and enough room for the 2 of us staying here. Would definitely highly recommend this place and if it catches your eye when looking at the photos for somewhere just book it.

The unit is connected to the owners house but has it’s own entrance which is great and can’t be accessed by the main house. The place was clean and tidy. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but the shower pressure was amazing. I’m not a huge fan of holidayhouses way of booking as I wasn’t sent any “check in” instructions beforehand but luckily I just knocked on the owners front door to pick up the key.
