Our two storied home has a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining & living area which extends onto a large private & sheltered deck. Pop over the fence, & you are on the 9th hole .... 1 minute walk to club house & tennis courts, with only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Downstairs are 3 of the bedrooms, a second bathroom, the laundry, another living room & a games room. Here you will find plenty of entertainment for all ... table tennis, darts, games, puzzles & TV. No tents, caravans or parties. You must provide all linen - sheets, towels, bathmats & tea towels. Compulsory cleaning fee $75.00.
