This fabulous beach house is perfect for large extended families or two to three families. A two storied house at the shop end of Riversdale set back in the much quieter Pinedale Crescent this house is a 4 min walk to the store and 5 minutes from the surf club and lifeguarded swimming area of the beach. The top floor has open plan living with a good deck and four bedrooms and downstairs offers it's own kitchen and living area - so there is plenty of space for all. There is Sky TV (BYO decoder) otherwise it is free view. The BBQ is a weber. Oh and you will need to BRING YOUR OWN LINEN too - sheets,pillow cases, towels, flannels, tea towels.
