About this Holiday House
Come & experience tiny house living! Oxford Tiny House is set on our 10 acre lifestyle block in Oxford, North Canterbury, New Zealand. Approximately 45 minutes from Christchurch. Oxford Tiny House has the creature comforts you can't live without!
Sleeps up to four guests. There is power and a plumbed toilet so there's no need to worry about a compost toilet here! Please also see our other listing "Oxford Holiday Cottage" if you need more space and amenities.

Due to previous issues WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR BRIDAL PARTY GROUPS attending weddings or other wedding related events.
Children over 2 years are welcome but must be actively supervised especially at the steps/ladder or in the loft. There is no safety barrier at the opening to the loft. (Our other property, Oxford Holiday Cottage, is suitable for children of all ages).
Guests are not permitted to bring domestic pets onto our property.
Strictly no parties. We no longer accept bookings for bridal parties. No smoking or vaping inside.
Downstairs there is a kitchenette with a gas hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a ceramic wall heater, plus a portable fan heater. In the bathroom there is a shower with instant hot water, plumbed toilet and vanity.
There is a separate downstairs living room (with tv) which is set up as a lounge or the sofa bed can be made into a double bed if required.
In the loft there are two single mattresses at one end and a queen mattress at the other. Unless advised, beds will be prepared for up to four guests in the loft so the downstairs living area can be used for relaxing.
If you require the downstairs sofa bed making up as a double bed (standard height, not a floor one) just let us know.
There is a fan and a portable air conditioning unit is available on request.
