Our 'retro' Bach is one of the very few, situated on flat land with a recreational area that extends to the lake edge. The property is fully fenced (not dog secure) with SH30 to the rear of the large section, as well as direct pedestrian/boat access to the water. Our bach has great views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and very easy vehicle access and loads of parking. A great spot for recreating all year round - water sports in summer and fishing during the cooler months. Distance to the boat ramp approx. 100m. Travel to Rotorua CBD is 30 mins. Soda Springs geothermal pools just 5 mins. A track behind the Fire Station opposite the bach leads to a waterfall (5 mins). Special conditions: Two night minimum stay (3 nights @ Easter and Labour weekend). $150 per night for 2 + $30.00 per extra person. Minimum 1 week stay 24 December until the end of January. Check out 10am - Check in 2pm (unless otherwise arranged). When departing please ensure you leave our property in the same condition you found it in. Thank you.
