About this Holiday House

Our flats are set in a comfortable house just less then a minute walking distance trough our private walkway to a beautiful white sandy beach, breathtaking sunset, lagoon, coral reef and surrounded by a pleasant garden with tropical trees, plants and flowers. Private entrance, longue, covered veranda with bbq and deck with outdoor furniture. Airport transfers are available for international and domestic flights. Please advise flight details so your transfer can be reserved. WIFI internet hot spot at Telecom local charge. No party or loud noisy that may disturbs other guest.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

Rarotonga is a round island with a turquoise lagoon and lovely beach. We are in Arorangi the west side of the island, only 8 minutes drive from the capital Avarua and 5 minutes away from the Golf Course and the international airport (daily flights to/from New Zealand/Australia and once a week direct flights to Honolulu / Tahiti /Los Angeles). It is a quiet place and safe area, as all the rest of the island. We are situated on the beach side, just one minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach and breath taking sunset. You can enjoy swimming and snorkelling in the blue/green lagoon. Sport lovers can bike around the Island (38 km). The area is full of outdoor recreational opportunities including boating, fishing, walking, diving, safari tour and scenic flights. You can also enjoy a whale watching during the season, shopping at the Punanga Nui Market every Saturday morning where you will be able to find local arts and handcrafts and beautiful black pearls. A Traditional dance show along with a taste of Polynesia food is held twice a week at the Edgewater Hotel Resort just next door to our place. There are also food shops and restaurants at walking distance.

Host Roberta was very accommodating. Flat was private and quiet. Handy walkway to beach. Tidy little place and quite clean. The washing machine and dryer were a plus. There were some minor issues, one being the lack of wifi, yet this was advertised as available. However, the thing that got me was the bed. It was rather hard, so my hubby and I struggled to get a good night's sleep. If the bed is replaced or improved, I'd be happy to return. Thank you Carlo & Roberta.
