About this Holiday House

Beachfront location. Western sunset side of Rarotonga. Lovely white sandy beach with fantastic, all tide swimming and snorkelling. Very safe beach and lagoon, surrounded by distant waves breaking on the reef. Fully self-contained, very spacious with huge private deck area spilling on to level lawn and beach. (fridge/freezer, washing machine.) Fully screened, well vented, fan cooled, air con in main bedroom Starlink

Located on a wonderful white sandy beach - all tide swimming and snorkelling. 500mts to Adventure Hire for kayaks, scuba diving etc Bus stops at the gate.

This house has the best spot on the island, straight on the beach with one of the best bar restaurant next door. We really enjoyed our stay and it was sad to leave this little paradise. Thank you so much.

If you love dogs, dogs barking and dog poo on your lawn then this place is for you. Sadly we were a little disappointed with this aspect, however the owner Oki was lovely and welcomed us with a bowl of tropical fruit. The house whilst dated and tired was roomy and accomodated five of us well. It is beachfront and the beach is lovely - locality next to the Shipwreck Bar a bonus.

Regarding the dog situation, Rarotonga does not have an ‘on leash’ policy - very few properties on the island are fenced - we do not own dogs ourselves. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. Regarding the ‘dated’ style of the house - it is an island house, open and accommodating - the per night value reflects the datedness of the house.

Our family had a very lovely time staying at Beachfront House. The house is large and very well equipped and provided a very comfortable stay. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. This is a wonderful house and location for families.
