A fully furnished and well maintained 4 bedroom family home with all facilities overlooking Ngakuta Bay (about 15 minutes by road from Picton). A 2-ton mooring is available in the Bay at no extra charge and has unlimited internet for those rainy days. Lots of off-street parking. Short term 3-4month rental over winter considered. Guests need to bring their own towels, tea towels and sheets. We recommend people bring drinking water or boil that provided - locals drink it fine but visitors can get tummy trouble. Guests also need to clean and tidy the home on leaving and remove all rubbish. This is our family holiday house and we take good care of it.
