This is a much loved family holiday home opposite the golf course on Rippingale Road and an easy 10-15 minute walk to town and 3-5 minutes to the river via Captains Lane. Ours is an older home but recently renovated with new bathroom/separate toilet, carpets and paint work. Guests can enjoy a relaxed; family friendly environment with a very large, flat, private section (complete with established trees and tree house). With a big indoor living area, covered verandah and sheltered BBQ courtyard ; this home is ideal for families. A port-a-cot and high chair are available. As we are surrounded by other residential family homes our home is definitely not suitable for "party" groups!
