About this Holiday House

Midweek Special - Sunday to Thursday stay 3 pay 2 nights! (Not valid on public holidays or school holidays) Lovely 5 bedroom holiday house based in the Hanmer village so you can walk everywhere. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a a master bedroom with great views over the village from a balcony. There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs with a great open plan kitchen and lounge, log fire and an added bonus with this house is the wonderful games room with pool table, table tennis, arcade machine and a foosball table. There is sky tv for sports fans and netflix if you want to relax for a movie by the fire. There is free unlimited WIFI and a great outdoor area to relax and enjoy a BBQ.

Centrally located with a 5 minute walk to the Hanmer village. Wonderful games room with a pool table, table tennis table, foosball table and arcade machine.

Special Attractions and Activities Nearby

5 minute walk to the conical hill track and lots of walks nearby. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the pools and village amenities. Great outdoor space and open plan living to enjoy the summer evenings or relax around the fire in winter.

Such a wonderful house for a large group. There were 11 of us at St James Manor over four days and we all enjoyed the layout of the house, the amenities, the well supplied kitchen, the games room and the cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Great modern house, well decorated, for larger groups with the five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garage conversion into a games room was a big hit with everyone and having the second TV in there was great. The kitchen was the best stocked I've seen in Hanmer, with everything you needed and more. The water pressure in the showers was great and the beds were comfy. Having heaters in all bedrooms and electric blankets on most beds was also great for colder months. It was a shame the fireplace had been taken out as we did struggle to get the heat pump to work properly in the large living area. Some info on the house indicated it had one so a bit diappointed to find it didn't. Overall a perfectly adequate house to rent for larger groups.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days then your booking may not be refunded.
