Delightful studio unit set in a lovely rural/orchard location but just 5 minutes drive from the boutique village of Havelock North or Spanish Mission Hastings. This is a Studio Unit so the bed, two recliner chairs, TV, fridge/freezer and tea and coffee facilities (toaster, kettle and microwave) are all in the one lounge/bedroom area. So no cooking facilities except microwave, kettle, etc. Please ask if you require a Weber BBQ or electric frypan etc for longer stays:) Come and enjoy beautiful Hawkes Bay. KING STUDIO UNIT - Our smallest unit is our Studio Unit with Superking size bed and tea and coffee facilities, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, two Lazy Boy recliner chairs - all in the one area. Also a small ensuite (with lovely gas hot water shower). Enjoy SKY TV. The studio unit has an air-conditioning/heat pump unit. This unit is also separate from our main house with its own courtyard and parking beside it. Has its own little courtyard sitting area with small verandah. Bluebell Lodge and Cottages are situated in a lovely rural locality next to apple orchards and rural land. Some orchard working noise can be experienced at certain times of year i.e. hail canons, frost windmills, tractors spraying etc but generally it is a very peaceful, quiet location with only occasional extra noise during certain seasons. A quick five minute drive to Havelock North or Hastings to their wonderful cafes and restaurants. We are close to the Sileni Estate and other local wineries and bike trails.
