Expansive and architectually refined, this home is designed for entertaining and relaxed living with Miele kitchen appliances tucked away in a designer kitchen but connected to the bar and casual living, with more formal dining and living adjacent. Light filled interiors flow seamlessly into multiple outdoor areas, including a resort style 12m swimming pool that sits centrally to both living and bedrooms. Wairere Lodge offers 3 king bedrooms with en-suites. The third bedroom can be a double twin room. Upstairs, there is a fourth king bedroom with open living space and a simple ensuite. These four bedrooms with en-suites make ideal accommodation for golfing fours. Cape Kidnappers golf course is an easy 30 minutes drive and Hastings Golf Club the same distance. Entertaining must be kept to a maximum of twenty guests, including those staying, but we are happy to discuss larger events and can assist with catering and on-site chefs. An additional executive wing provides a grand master bedroom, with a huge en-suite and private sitting room. It has a carport and a separate entry.
