The Beach Bach is a fully self contained unit with all day sun. At the back of a private yard there is a deck to enjoy the sun and catch some views. Only 100 meters to the beach, fall asleep to the sounds of the sea. 35mins to Christchurch CBD. The cottage has one bedroom with a king bed, lounge / dining / kitchen which are open plan and a separate bathroom. Excellent car parking. Wifi, tea and coffee are included. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea, walk to the beach, go for a bike ride, walk or jog along the beach, river or through the forest. This cottage has everything you need, beach, sun, local art, bird wildlife and 20 minutes from wineries. There are mountain bikes, tennis rackets, Beach Body Boards, pétanque and a frisbee for you to use during your stay. During the year the fruit trees provide seasonal fruit for you to use apricots, nectarines, grapes, lemons. Occasionally there are vegetables in the garden and a selection of herbs around too. There is an outside shower you can also use. Also enjoy the outside bath, wonderful for bathing under the stars. Access is via either the front of the property or the rear. There is plenty of space for parking a vehicle. There is an outdoor shower for you to use if you would like If you are a Park Run runner the Pegasus Park Run is 5 minutes away. The owner lives in a separate and detached property on the same site and may or may not be there. Happy to be of any help! This wonderful small beach community. Mountain bikes are provided for you to ride, Body Boards, Beach Games, Paddle Boards (Which may be inflated and ready to use or you may need to inflate) and the Brick Mill gallery is 5 minutes away. Great swimming and surfing at the beach. Regarding EV's. We do not have easily accessible power for charging an EV. If this is required additional fees for power will apply and please let us know in advance so we can arrange this for you if needed.
